Blinggemart® Return and Refund Policy
At Blinggemart®, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams inspect your items before shipping to ensure the quality of our products. However, we kindly ask that you carefully check the size chart before making a purchase to avoid any issues.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. (All we ask is that the items are unused, in their original condition, and packaging.) If you have any issues, please feel free to contact our support team — we are here to assist you!
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be canceled before shipping. The buyer needs to contact us first to explain the reason, and our sales manager will arrange the cancellation within 2 working days.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
14-Day Return Guarantee:
Customers can contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Support Center: service@blinggemart.com.
Blinggemart® Return and Resolution Process:
- Blinggemart® Responsibility:
If the issue is caused by Blinggemart®, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will fully refund the original product price and shipping cost, or we will resend a replacement at our expense. This solution applies only when Blinggemart® is responsible for shipping the wrong item/size.
- Customer Responsibility:

Incorrect Order (Wrong Size/Item): If the customer ordered the wrong size or product, we also allow returns. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price, but shipping fees are non-refundable.

Unwanted Items: Since your product is custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if the item is defective or incorrect, we will replace it after receiving a photo showing the specific issue with the product along with the order number.
Return and Refund Notes:
- All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; once approved, you can proceed with the return.
- All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- If a customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product price upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees for returning the item, as well as the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
Refund Timeframe:
For returned or exchanged items, we will need 3-6 business days to process the solution once we receive your item(s). The refund timeframes are as follows:
- PayPal Refunds: Processed within up to 48 hours.
- Credit Card Refunds: Between 7-14 business days.
If you need further assistance, please contact our Support Center. We will do our best to assist you and reply to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Other Important Notes:
- Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (including return shipping).
- We do not charge any restocking fees for product returns.
- Please note that if you wish to return any or all items in your order, you need to contact customer service first for confirmation. After approval, you can send the items back. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment account. If there is no quality issue with our product, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Alternatively, you can keep the product and directly negotiate a refund with our customer service.
Once the return request is authorized, we will provide instructions and a return address to send your item back. Please kindly provide your order number and return package tracking number in the email.
